Shipping & Refund Policies
Shipping
All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars. Items will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. Canada Post shipping and handling charges are:
Shipping within Canada: $14.00 CAD for the first towel, and another $6.00 for each additional towel.
US shipments: $17.00 CAD for the first towel, and another $6.00 for each additional towel.
International Shipments: $36.00 CAD for the first towel, and another $6.00 for each additional towel.
Shipping rates are approximate. Canadian and US customers using Canada Post can expect delivery within 5 to 14 days of shipment. International customers using Canada Post can expect delivery within 3 to 5 weeks of shipment.
Buyers outside of Canada please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Refunds
Return policy- full refunds for unused towels returned.
